Abstract

|
A retroviral expression vector for the human blood coagulation factor Ⅷ (FⅧ) has been constructed by a recombination of functional domains of FⅧ and insertion of it into pZipNeoSV(Ⅹ) plasmid, a retroviral expression vector. The most part of the B domain of FⅧ was removed from pSP64Ⅷ, a plasmid harboring the entire cDNA sequence of FⅧ. The recombinant retroviral expression vector harboring functional domains of FⅧ was confirmed by the restriction analysis and DNA sequencigng.
